Skills is a clinically grounded digital tool based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). It offers 13 multisensory micro-games to help users ground themselves, reduce dissociation, and navigate crises without turning to destructive behaviors.

It is designed to work even during moments of dissociation or emotional flooding, when traditional mindfulness techniques may fall short.

Every person reacts in different ways to sensory input. Stress management games, called Skills, are designed to stimulate different sensory channels (audio, visual, motoric and logic). The games automatically adapt their difficulty to not bore you or cause frustration.
