Skills

Stress regulation games can be used at any time, e.g. to distract from high stress and to regulate emotions during an exposure.
All skills are designed to appeal to different senses, but are not addictive.

Statistics

During the use of Morpheus, statistics are collected via questionnaires. These can be discussed with the therapist during the therapy session. In this way, it is possible to react promptly in the event of unusual developments.
